im looking for WIFi and Bluetooth baseband IC. im planning to design RF front. If baseband processor available, please let me know if any simulation model available for that IC. thanks.

Hello,

The only option with combined WiFi+BT is WiLink 8: www.ti.com/.../overview.page

You can do a separate CC3200 + CC2640 using the Ble-Fi gateway. Refer to the TI Design, which can be found on the TI BLE Wiki.
