    Hello Hamada,
    No you cannot debug the M0 directly, but you can route some of the RF Core signals out to GPIO. Read section "Control External LNA/PA (Range Extender) With I/Os" in the CC13xx, CC26xx SimpleLink Wireless MCU Technical Reference Manual. You can also read the radio registers during debug.
