Our customer hope to use 128bit AES Encrypted data transport(Voice and Command) with HSP on CC2564MODN.
But, my understanding is the below...
1. CC2564MODN can run the HSP profile processing on a external Host MCU. Ex)TivaC, STM F4.
2. Now, the TI HSP profile's Data Encryption Algorithm is the "E0" which was defined by BT SiG.
3. The E0 Encryption Algorithm works on CC2564MODN's internal processor.
So, CC2564MODN can not work 128bit AES Encryption data(Voice and Command) transporting on HSP profile itself.
If customer need the 128bit AES Encrypted HSP data transporting, customer will need the below things.
・need a Host CPU with 128bit AES Encryption Algo. processing
・wait the next generation BT SiG Ver.4.2 which will use the AES-CCM Encryption for Secure Connection.
My understanding is correct ? Please, could you tell us any advice of AES-128 Encryption method for Classic BT on CC2564MODN.
And, I am very interested for CC2564MODA with TELEC for JAPAN. It's very competitive Module for JPN market !!
