CC2640 oscillators Cl

There is internal cap array inside the chip for 24MgHz crystal oscillator.

so i don't need to use a capacitors at all on the 24Mhz oscillator?
and what about the 32Mhz? ( i need to use 12pF capacitors?)

correct, you do not need external load caps for the 24MHz crystal, see more processors.wiki.ti.com/.../CC26xx_Tips_and_Tricks
For the 32 kHz crystal you need to add external load capacitors (size of caps depend on the crystal specifications).

can i disable the internal capacitors and use an external one or i must use the internal capacitors?

The range of the internal cap-array covers all the allowable values for crystal CL, which is 5 - 9 pF. Your selected value of 12 pF is too high for the oscillator.

While it is possible to disable the internal array and use external load capacitors, I would highly recommend using the internal caps. The default value of the array is set to 9 pF, so if you use a different CL value you must change the setting according to this article: processors.wiki.ti.com/.../CC26xx_Tips_and_Tricks

Also, as CL affects start-up time it is recommended to use as low CL value as possible.

can you recommend me on a   24Mhz oscillator ( package size 2 * 1.6 mm)  that have cc2640 requirements (CL between 5-9pF and ESR  between  20-60 oham)  ?
