Please someone to tell me what's the correctness about the attached picture.

Why those 2 on-chip OAD flash map is not the same with the red circled I Marked?

Hello Rio,

No need for concern, both figures are correct. On chip OAD is using single page SNV (OSAL_SNV=1) whereas off chip OAD is using two page SNV. You can search the doc for "SNV" for a more formal explanation.
