PC board layout specifics of the 7ID Evaluation Module

I have a question about the PC board layout of the 7ID Evaluation Module.
It says in the file CC2650EM-7ID_1_2_Mech_Drawing.pdf
"L1: TOP CONDUCTOR - COPPER 0.035 MM"
Is this the thickness before plating?

And, how thick is the plating?

I believe it is the total thickness.

Hi John,

I asked our PCB manufacturer and it turns out I was wrong. These boards are made with 35 um copper and then plating on top. The plating is approximately 15 um thick.

The conductor thickness does not significantly change the impedance of your traces, so you are safe to go with whatever works best for your production process.
