Please help me, I need sample code in C to show how to use "CC254X_BLE_HCI_TL_Full.lib", Where is the header files？

It seems like "Network Processor" is what I want. I know I can use BTool on PC to interface with HostTestApp running on CC2540.

In "TI_BLE_Software_Developer's_Guide.pdf", they says:"NPI – Network processor interface, a transport layer that allows you to route HCI data to a serial
interface. CC254X_BLE_HCI_TL_Full.lib must be included for this capability (see the HostTest project)".

I need sample code in C to show how to use "CC254X_BLE_HCI_TL_Full.lib", Where is the header files？ Thanks for any help!

As I know, there is no C source code for this. You can try to refer to CC254X PC Examples and do porting using C.

Using the HCI interface to implement a network processor is rather complicated and we don't provide much support for this since everything is detailed in BT spec.

Instead, I would recommend using the CC2640 SNP (simple network processor) included with the 2.1.0 installer: www.ti.com/.../ble-stack which uses a simplified interface.

There is a SNP guide included with the installer in the Documents folder.

The header files for CC254X_BLE_HCI_TL_Full.lib are under C:\Texas Instruments\BLE-CC254x-1.4.1.43908\Components\ble\hci. CC254X_BLE_HCI_TL_Full.lib is used by CC254x. Why do you need it on your PC programming?

Most HCI commands are defined in the BT spec. There are also vendor specific HCI commands defined in the HCI Vendor Specific Guide included with the installer in the Documents folder.
