The CC2640 ANCS sample as below link :

I used the CC2640 ANCS sample to test ANCS function, and my BLE target board is CC2650 daughter board + RF06, when my target board successfully doing the BLE pairing with my iPhone(ios8.x), it shows the pairing successful message with which cell phone I paired on the LCD of RF06.

But if the ios is 9.1, it shows nothing on the LCD, and also the caller ID and message can not showed on the LCD if the ios is 9.1. Why is that?

Hello Albert,

I did a quick web search for "ANCS iOS 9" and found this thread: forums.developer.apple.com/.../81207

According to Apple (via the above link), ANCS is not supported in CoreBluetooth any more.

But Nordic can achieve the ANCS function on ios9.1.

attached zip file is ours failure result log file( environment : CC2650 EVM + wiki CC2640 ANCS sample code + ios9.1), thank you.

the sniffer log process ( scan -> connection -> phone call -> missing call )

p.s. even ios 9.2 still fail

Hi,

I am using the CC2640 ANCS sample code for sensor-tag with some changes.

Initially is worked fine, but after some time it is continuously showing Cxn terminate.

I am unable to understand the reason, could u please help.

Can you take a packet sniffer trace and see who is terminating the connection?

Hi Mahek,

Maybe I am missing something but I don't see a connection being formed in the logs you sent. Since I am unfamiliar with the captures you have linked, can you tell me more about how you gathered them (what program did you use, etc). it appears that these may be HCI logs and not over the air sniffer captures.

Additionally can you confirm that you are using the latest code off of Github? on the ble_examples-2.1 branch?
