CC2541 Accepted example of PWM generation

I'm looking into generating PWM on the CC2541. Are there accepted/approved example code for doing that? I see a few code snippets on the forum, but they seem to be broken in various ways (which is why they're here on the forum). It'd be good if an existing BLE project generates PWM.

For PWM integrated into the BLE stack you can look at the BLE Light SW: www.ti.com/.../TIDC-BLUETOOTH-LOW-ENERGY-LIGHT
