Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2650
My sensorTag 2 (CC2650) doesn't get temperature data at all.
I'm using iPhone for bridge and when I open Sensortag app in my phone, there is no data for temperature, both Ambient & IR temperature.
Other sensor feathers like humidity, barometer and so on work normally.
In my guess, the IR temperature function is not good. I'm now trying to change setting on app - changing temperature configuration to 0x01, but it isn't successful yet. I'm not a technicion nor developer, so I can't debug it.
Is it just a hardware fault or is there any ways to fix it?
