Hi,

is there any example of AON RTC usage as calendar in cc2650? I found the TimeApp example, but it uses system tick, waking up the uc every 1s, I would like to implement something more power efficent by using AON RTC. To be more precise I don't need very sophisticated interface, just something like setTime&Date(...), getTime&Date(...), and I need to use it with TI-RTOS and BLE stack.

Hello Davide,
The TI-RTOS system tick (Clock_getTicks) use the AON RTC as the source and is as accurate as the 32 kHz XOSC used. See the following thread for information about time functions included in the TI-RTOS kernel:

The first link is not accessible to me, but the second shows the usage of

var Seconds = xdc.useModule('ti.sysbios.hal.Seconds');

which could be enough for me.

The second link is not ideal too because the clock will be restarted at any reset even if not to set the time by the procedure "Seconds_set()" so The RTC cannot be applicable with the watchdog.
