i have made board of cc2650 with cc2592 it kind of get stuck in bios when i do step over .debugging . and when run it in ti hardware .please help

I would recommend first testing with a default sample project from the installer such as simpleBLEPeripheral. You should read through section 10 of the software developer's guide regarding configuring for custom hardware: http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/swru393b/swru393b.pdf
