The CC2564B EVB (CC256xQFN-EN) is connected directly to PC via TTL-USB(FTDI) adapter. I'm trying to upload a service pack to it using the HW evaluation tool.
but the HW eval always returns COM port timed out. I've tried using different service packs, changing Sleep mode to disabled, but nothing worked.
But everytime it returns COM port timed out.
Is there any specific way to load the service pack using HW Eval Tool ? Do i need to do something else apart from the above steps???
Please advice.
