CC2650 SensorController Constant Current Source

Hi,

we would like to use the constant current source provided in the CC2650's SensorController through a variable resistor. However, the value of this resistor can reach 50MOhm and we are not sure that the current source will still be able to work. Is there an estimation of the maximum value for the load resistor  ? We have not found it in the TRM.
