Flash programmer can't recognize cc2540 usb dongle.

Hello,

first of all, I plugged in cc2540 usb dongle in to my laptop. I can see that the device is plugged in using the device manager. packet sniffer can't see it. so, from the forum i got to know that i need to upload firmware using cc debugger. I have connected usb dongle to cc debugger and started flash programmer. Flash programmer can see cc debugger but not cc2540 usb dongle. ccdebugger always stays green light even if i reset the debugger. please let me know

Can you take a screenshot of your Flash Programmer and your connection between your CC Debugger and CC2540 USB dongle?

Hi YK Chen,

I am attaching the screen shot of the connection,flash programmer. please check it out. also, smart rf studio displays a message that there is one connected device. "CCdebugger with no chip". what does this mean? please let me know.

Try to reverse the cable between CC Debugger and your CC2540 USB dongle. The LED on CC Debugger should be GREEN.
