How to write data of accelerometer and gyro from BLE Device monitor?

Hello,

               I am using CC2540 USB dongle with BLE Device monitor to access the data of accelerometer and gyro in pc. I have disabled all other sensors and enabled accelerometer and gyro during monitoring.  I saved the logged information during monitoring. the logged file gives all the information which takes place during the process. but, the problem is how to write  data of movement sensors  in to a text file or excel sheet. I am attaching the logged file for reference. please let me know. I want use the data of these sensors for my experimentation.
