Hi,

I have the same problem and I tried your solution but it still does not install.

I've also updated java and changed the relevant Environment Variables as per the link on the Wiki page but I've had no luck.

My computer uses Windows 10 Home if that helps.

Can you attach the screenshot of the error you're getting so I can understand the problem better?

Hi,

I input the following line to the command line and the installer starts:

After I run the installer I get the following message:

After I press Done then the window disappears and nothing happens.

Hi Mark,

By default it installs to: "C:\TI\Connectivity\CC256X BT\CC256x Bluetooth Hardware Evaluation Tool\v1.0"
Please check if this folder exists in your filesystem, and please check if you're able to run: "CC256x Bluetooth Hardware Evaluation Tool.bat"

Hi Joseph,

After searching through my file system I finally found "CC256x Bluetooth Hardware Evaluation Tool.bat" installed at the following location: C:\Users\Mark\Texas_InstrumentsCC256X_BT.

The problem was that I had been given no indication of where it was installed but it is working now!
