I have gone through that link, but i need a Mobile App for OAD not a Windows PC App on CC2540 dongle , is there any ???

Thanks, Christin for the info. I find there is no Android or iOS release for OAD. I have following questions.

But we need to do it from a Mobile App, Would that be possible to have OAD profile in App ? Can TI provide support to enable Mobile App as a OAD Downloader acting like a BLE Device Monitor App ?

Yes Christin, i have the stack and the Guide. It only talks about BLE Device Monitor App for windows with CC2540. My question is is that possible to integrate OAD profile into a App without using CC2540 at all ??

TI sensortag app can do OAD. You can find more information regarding this in the following page. processors.wiki.ti.com/.../SensorTag_User_Guide
