    I've split your thread from: e2e.ti.com/.../490671 as the original post was closed.

    Do you mean to say that you've updated the HCI_LE_ADVERTISING_REPORT_DATA_TYPE_LOCAL_NAME_COMPLETE in the Advertisement Data, and at the LightBlue side, it doesn't show the new name at the main display but updates the name in the secondary display?

    Well, you need to check with the Light blue team regarding this. My guess is that they are showing it from the local cache or something.
