CC256x HFP audio setup

Hello,

In our project, we are using LSR Tiwi-ub2 bluetooth chipset. We are now implementing HFP feature, but encountered audio problems.

We are using firmware TIInit_6.6.15.bts and TIInit_6.7.16.bts downloaded from http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/CC256x_Downloads

At this point, we can dial the phone via the Tiwi-ub2 using software stack bluez5 + ofono, but no audio is routed. We checked PCM interface with oscilloscope but nothing on it. I think the first step should be get audio data on that PCM interface.

I wonder what is the default setting of those firmware, and how should I make the HFP audio works in our case. Specifically I want to know the answer of the following questions.

1. Is the HFP audio routed to PCM interface by those firmware?

2. Using the above firmware, is the PCM on master mode or slave mode? what is the setting of PCM data, 16bit/16KHz or whatever?

Any question or comment which will help us out of the issue will be welcomed.

Best Regards,

Yunchuan
