Can I short temperature sensor LMT70 to CC2541 for temperature application?

can I just short VCC and T_ON to 3.3V, GND to GND, and pin TAO to one of the IO input pins of CC2541, say, P0_6?

Add some decap if needed.

You have to connect TAO to one of CC2541 ADC pins and P0.6 is OK.

What do you mean read the digital voltage? It's analog signal and you can use ADC driver in BLE Stack to read analog ADC value.
