What is the maximum number of pins can be waked up simultaneously in cc2640? As far my understanding we are able to use all the 30 DIO pins as wakeup and interrupt source. But how much can be done simultaneously, since in our application we need 10 to 12 pins to be waked-up from sleep simultaneously.

You can use any of the IO to be the wake up pin for CC2640, and once CC2640 wakes up, all the IOs wake up.

Actually we are implementing a keypad arrangement consisting of 12 keys connected to 12 individual pins. We need to make all the pins as a wake up source. Is it possible?

Yes, you can assign as many pin as you want simultaneously as wakeup pins.

You can use our pin driver to achieve this
