Problem of USB dongle driver install on Window7 64bit

Hello.
I have the CC2540 usb dongle and CC2650 Sensortag.
I'd like to connection with each other and I want to see the data from sensortag using the BLE device monitor.

But I can't get past the USB Dongle driver association step. Windows is complaining about an unknown USB device.

When I try to install the driver from "C:\Program Files\Texas Instruments\SmartRFTools\drivers\vcp." or "C:\Texas Instruments\BLE-CC254x-1.4.1.43908b\Accessories\Drivers\ccxxxx_usb_cdc.inf "

Please, help me.

Associate Driver with USB Dongle in www.ti.com/.../swru270c.pdf

Before my posting, I tried serveral time already using the latest version ble stack in "C:\Texas Instruments\BLE-CC254x-1.4.1.43908b\Accessories\Drivers".
Is this driver available on Win7 64 bit?

I use Win 7 and use the same driver which works fine on my desktop. Do you have another PC to try it?

Yes, I got a same problem.

Is is it possible to happen this problem cause of PC enviorment, PC nam etc?
