The period of consecutive ADV_IND

You want to change the interval between each advertising channel? You can't change it, it's fired as quick as possible to save power.

You can only change the advertising interval (the interval between each advertising event).

If you are using simpleBLEPeripheral, then the advertising interval can be changed here :

// Advertising interval when device is discoverable (units of 625us, 160=100ms)

I saw its value is 0 ms to 10 ms.

Sorry, I mean its value must be less than 10 ms defined in BT spec.
It's not the real-time value.
