Wake up from shutdown using PIN interrupt will reset

Hi,

I'm using Power_Shutdown() API to enter into shutdown mode and config two DIO for wakeup from shutdown.
After wakeup from shutdown, CPU gets reset (main starts again). So that I cant get which DIO is used to wakeup the CPU.
Is it possible to implement the keypad operation when the CPU goes to shutdown.

Hello. By default, power management is handled automatically by peripheral drivers and the BLE stack. Is there a reason you can not use this functionality? You should be able to use the PIN driver such that it automatically handles power management.

Can you please provide me the PIN driver APIs for power management (for moving to shutdown)?

Wake up from shutdown always reboot the CPU (Equivalent to Hardware Reset). Is this correct?

Hi Santhoj,

Yes, waking up from shutdown will always reboot the CPU. The IO state can be latched and retained in shutdown and will keep their state when waking up.

Thanks for the clarification.

So the system will fetch the image from flash and boot once it wakeup from shutdown. Each peripheral initialization has to be done again. Is my understanding correct?
