I was wondering what are the conditions to reach (MOQ I suppose) to be able to purchase CC 2640 or CC2541 in die IC ?
I have a potential client for large quantities and I would like to study the feasibility to purchase die IC andperform bonding to diminished the thickness of the product and reduce the unit cost.
