storing data from MPU9250

I am trying to read accelerometer data .I want to know if there is a way to store the data into a file with sampling rate of 1KHz i.e. 1000 samples per second.(The accelerometer samples at 1khz frequency).

I think it's too many samples per seconds for CC26xx to handle it within BLE stack.

Thanks for the prompt reply.I am not using BLE stack,I have wriiten a standalone code and i am reading the samples through system_printf.But because of system_printf delay its taking lot of time,its reading 4 samples per second but what I am expecting is 1000 samples per second.Is there any other way of logging samples so i can get 1000 samples per second
