Btool doesn't see the CC2540

hello,

i'm trying to follow SWRA478A Measuring Bluetooth Smart Power Consumption for analyse the BLE data transfer but the Btool doesn't see the CC2540 COM (he see only the smartRF06 COM).

I have already installed  the packet sniffer and the driver too. I see correctly the CC2540 in the peripheral manager of Windows

Can you help me please?
