About CC2540 Abnormal

Can you elaborate how you connect CC2540 to ULN2003 and how you control it in application?

I use ULN2003 isolation and driver, allowing cc2540 module to control relay to control the motor.A long time, when the product used for reverse or frequent operation of the motor are reversed, cc2540 crashed, unable to control the motor, can't communicate with bluetooth devices.Detect cc2540 module voltage of 3.3 v is normal

At ordinary times the product can run normally，but at a long time, when the product used for reverse ,or frequent operation of the motor are reversed, cc2540 crashed.I dont know why?

If you disconnect ULN2003 from CC2540, does CC2540 work again?

I'm power even, cc2540 can continue to work normally.
If I don't even ULN2003 will not drive the relay

If you disconnect ULN2003 from CC2540 and CC2540 works again, you should check your schematics.

But I dont know why cc2540 will crashed.

If you disconnect ULN2003 from CC2540 and CC2540 works again, I think the problem is on HW design. That's why I suggest you to check schematics.

Disconnect ULN2003 from CC2540 and CC2540 isnt work but power restart and CC2540 can work

Try to disconnect ULN2003 from CC2540 and run your application on CC2540. See if your application crashes without ULN2003 connected.

I check my schematics and find it ok.Normal is good, but after a long time cc2540 will be crashed
