i am use CC2540 development kit ,try to connect my android phones, not geting packets in sniffer tool, show in below two pics.

I don't see any CC2540 USB dongle connected to your desktop. Do you plug it into your desktop?

see in 'first pic' CC2540 USB dongle is detected packet Sniffer Blouetooth low energy ,
but after States the packet capturing is failed, not get any packet data trying connect android phone,

yes, its form C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\SmartRF Tools\Packet Sniffer\bin\general\firmware ,this came form sniffer install, but not detected any packets , i am try to connect in my phone (android phone)
