Hi Hamada,

The CC2564MODA is based on CC2564B IC. So, the CC256xB service pack should be used.

You can find the latest CC256xB service pack at this link www.ti.com/.../cc256xb-bt-sp
If using the CC2564MODA with ti bluetooth stack on host MCU (non Linux), the procedure to convert the .bts file to .c array is explained here : processors.wiki.ti.com/.../CC256x_Downloads
