Hello, TI and friends.

My custom board has CC2640 of which chip version is 2.3 and 32 kHz crystal was detached for test while I was refering to "Running Bluetooth low energy on CC2640 Without 32 kHz Crystal.pdf". The project, simple_peripheral_cc2650_app [FlashROM_RCOSC], was working fine and I have followed "CC2640 BLE OAD User's Guide.pdf" for OAD without 32 kHz crystal, but it failed. It seems that connection is established but discovery failed. Could you tell me what's wrong ? FYI, BLE Device monitor 2.1.2 was used as OAD download manager and OAD function was OK on my custom board before detaching 32 kHz crystal.

Hi,

It would be good to look at a sniffer trace to analyze over the air packets. Does the device disconnect, do you get any error messages from the application?

Hi,

As suggested by Zahid, it would be really useful to have sniffer log. When the discovery failed, does the device still stay in connection?

Our OAD guide does not support CCFG update. Was the board which OAD was performed running internal RC before?
