CC2650MOD package information

CC2650MOD is public now www.ti.com/product/CC2650MODA but package information (mechanical data) is missing in the data sheet.

When is an update with this information available?

Hi Bernd,

The CC2650MODA is still in preview, and as far as I can tell the datasheet is not online yet. The module will be changed to active any day, and at that time the datasheet will be available with mechanical data.

the CC2650MODA product folder is active: www.ti.com/.../CC2650MODA
and the datasheet is on the web too: www.ti.com/.../cc2650moda but without mechanical data.

That is the reason why I´m asking.

Hi Bernd,

It still says "PREVIEW". This means that the device is not released yet. I see that the datasheet is available now without mechanical data. Typically this is added in the final RTM steps. I will check the status on that.
