CC2650STK with BLE Device monitor and Host Test application

Hi all.

I am working on testing Off chip OAD on a custom device. For this I need BLE Device Monitor with cc2540EMK dongle or CC2650LP with Host test application.

Currently I don't have any of the above and I wish to use CC2650STK and with Host Test Application to work with BLE device monitor. Is there any way that I can use it?

I remember that previous Version of Simplelink Academy had Host Test application which worked with STK and BLE monitor. So I am hpoing that it can be done?

Anyways I have ordered the Launchpad to run with HOST Test application, but since I am very behind on deadline and don't want to wait for it to be delivered, Is there anyway that I can work on it now?
