Packet Sniffer doesn't find the device cc2540.

I followed the steps in quick guide. I installed the Packet Sniffer and the driver after I pluged the CC2540. The instalation seems ok, because in device manager I see the driver and the log of instalation and for windows it works, include in "Print and Device" shows the Device USB Serial Device (COM3).


When I open the Packet Sniffer and select the protocol BLE, open a new windows and press Play nothing happen.

In device cc2540 the light is read, I using windows 10.
