Abnormal Item increase in SNV area

Hi,

I am using CC2640 with BLE 2.2.

I am trying to add a item in SNV area to give some differentiation when device is boot up.

I write a 1byte data right before reset the system. It looks it works fine. But, there is abnormal item(SNV ID 0x81 which I used.) increase in SNV area as below.

Do you have any idea for that situation? or Is writing a data to SNV area right before system reset not good way to get what I want to do?

Hi. Can you point out the increase in your screen capture?

Also, there is an example of writing to NV in section 3.10.3 of the SDG: www.ti.com/.../swru393

Thank you for reply.

Here is the screen capture. I am not sure about boundary in SNV area.

I write 1Byte data(0x0B) to the SNV area(ID: 0x81) at initial time.

And write 1byte data(0xA5) to the SNV area before reset the system.

And, When I try to write data only at initial time, there isn't abnormal increase situation.
