cc2640 module power optimization

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2640

Hi

Vijay here. our team is designing the smart lock that is power by AA Alkaline primary cells and cc2640 is used as the central part of communication and control.

The problem we are facing is about high power consumption and  we not able to find where we are making mistake , maybe it is with the wrong circuit design or with ble module or may be not the right firmware, hence we need help from TI so that we can innovate our product with TI solutions.

Here I listed the external circuit that has five in series cells which power both the step motor used to move the lock mechanical part and  ble module. along with that, three reed switches are also used for state information. The end terminal of five series connection is used to power motor  and voltage is about 7.5 volt and two series inbetween cells are used to power the ble module. for help, files are attached . so could you tells us where we are making mistake.
