Please refer to the "Debug Interface" chapter of the CC254x UG (SWRU191). This section will describe the required debug pins and their respective use.

And why in the other configuration using the more pins (P0_2, P0_3, P0_4, P0_5)?

Those SPI pin connections are for SmartRF Packet Sniffer. You can refer to section 6.2.3 Minimum Connection for SmartRF Packet Sniffer in CC Debugger user guide.
