CC26xx BLE reliable connection

Hello Everyone,

I have designed custom pcb based on Ti reference design. When I am testing BLE part by using SimpleBLEPeripheral example code without modification.

Device will be advertising and connect with mobile App.

Now problem is when mobile App connect with cc26xx device its hardly 4 to 5 seconds connected and automatically disconnect

I have check crystal frequency its work fine. I also tried with different Tx power and RF_FRONT_END settings.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Raj,

You do not mention which crystal frequency you have checked. Have you measured the 32 kHz frequency? And if so, how did you do it?

Yes I have check 32 KHz its work. I have measured crystal frequency by frequency digital meter.

And one more thing my custom designed pcb advertising range is maximum 2 feet. Is this matter for disconnect ble connection?

Let me know any more information need from my side. And Please suggest me way I facing this problem?

can you please suggest me what issues of BLE reliable connection. Is any hardware issues or I am missing to configure my custom pcb configuration.

If your range is only 2 feet you definitely have a HW problem. This can also cause the connection to drop.
