I want to know if you solved the user's problems.
Also I want to know the software requirements to use the CC2650STK.

Can you specify what bad comments that you concern about? CC2650STK runs TI BLE stack by default and you can use CCS for free to develop your application.

I need to be sure that cc2650STK and his app, works ok; and I need to develop a new app with the process of the date measured with the cc2650STK.

According to my experiences, the App and CC2650STK work fine on both of my iPhone and Android Phone.
