CC2540: HIDAdvRemoteDongle Problem

I have test the HIDAdvRemoteDongle with a ble hid device but it can not work. I have connected the hid device with android smart phone and it can work well. I attach the sniffer diagram. Could anyone give me the reason why I can not connect the HIDAdvRemoteDongle with the ble hid device. Thanks.

What application are you running on your remote? Is it the stock hid_adv_remote example from a BLE-Stack SDK? If so, what version? Did you change your advertisement data by any chance?

The remote device is the product I bought in market. It can work well with smart phone but can not connect with HIDAdvRemoteDongle. Thank for your answer so quickly.

Hi,

You can program default .hex by flash programmer and test it again
