I am trying to acquire some information about the available compatible firmware upgrades for the Sensor tag CC2650. I am currently working with a number of these devices and the available firmware to upgrade to for each device differs depending on various factors. Some of the issues that I am getting are:
On a CC2650 Sensor tag 2 running the firmware 1.20 and using the SimpleLink SensorTag app on iPhone or iPad, the only available update is the firmware version 1.30. However when using the SimpleLink SensorTag app on Android devices there is an additional upgrade available which is 1.32.
When the upgrade to firmware version 1.32 is complete through the SimpleLink SensorTag app on Android and when launching the app on iPad it reports that the firmware is old and that a new compatible firmware version 1.51 (A) or 1.51 (B) is available to download. This upgrade request does not appear on iPhone or Android devices.
Can anybody please shed any light on this issue as I am not sure of what steps to take with this?
