Is programming of CC2640 via the SimpleLink SensorTag Debugger DevPack? How to use the debugger to flash firmware?

Any documentation on the signal pins to tap and the software to use?

How to create a jig for mass flashing of firmware during mass production?

Yes, you can use CC-DEVPACK-DEBUGGER to flash firmware to CC2640. However, CC-DEVPACK-DEBUGGER is dedicated for CC2650STK. Can you specify which CC2640 HW EVB or PCB do you use?

You can refer to Debugger DevPack schematic and connect XDSET_TMS, XDSET_TCK, XDSET_TDO, XDSET_TDI and XDSET_RESET to your CC2640.

Hi ikon,

Other alternatives are the CC26xx LaunchPads with built-in XDS110 debuggers or third party XDS100v3, XDS110 and XDS200 debuggers.

For mass production, it is usually done by a dedicated programmer. For example, I have designed a programmer by using CC2640 bootloader. See www.rcfocus.tw/.../cc26xx-flash-programmer.html.
