CC2650DK: How to create unique IDs for all ble peripherals

I have been working on programming an application with the CC2650 Development Kit where a single master communicates with up to 7 peripheral devices at a time. I am still pretty early in the development process, but one thing that concerns me is having unique peripheral devices. The way it seems now, the identity of the BLE peripheral device is hard-coded, and therefore not unique if used to flash multiple devices (or thousands in manufacturing of such devices). What is the best way to go about ensuring each device that is flashed is unique to the master device?

Actually, each CC2650 would have its unique BLE MAC and IEEE address which is used in BLE stack so you can use it to identify different devices.

Although I have not implemented it, I would eventually like to use the whitelist to remember previously paired devices. Is this unique device address what is generally stored in the whitelist?

Yes, this unique BD address is used and stored in the whitelist.
