CC2640: Unable to program

Hi All,

1. I have a board having CC2640F128RGZR micro controller which will run on 1.8V supply.

2. I have SimpleLink SensorTag Debugger DevPack board runs on 3.3V supply.

My question is - will this Devpack is suits to program and debug my board or not?

Or any voltage level shifter is required on jtag lines?

Thanks.

But in that, it is not clear about my question.
I am using CC2650STK debugger which runs on 3.3V, but my board runs on external regulator mode with 1.8V.
This debugger is not detecting my device now.
I am suspecting on jtag interface needs level shifting from 3.3V to 1.8V.
So, this level shifting is necessary or not?

1.8V seems not enough to make CC2640 run stable. Anyway, I don't see it needs a level shifter between Debugger and CC2640.
