can I use cc2531 dongle and debugger devpack together?

I am following the procedure for the CC26xx web demo listed at http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Cc26xx_sw_examples.

in the 2.4GHz Topic.

I have cc2531 Dongle and I have Debugger Devpack for cc2650.

I want to know can I use cc2531 dongle and debugger devpack together? because I don't have CC debuger.

No, you have to use CC Debugger or SmartRF05 to program/debug CC2531EMK.

If you have LAUNCHXL-CC2650 or CC2650STK/DEVPACK-DEBUGGER, you can use them as slip radio for Contiki instead of CC2531EMK. You can refer to sunmaysky.blogspot.tw/.../how-to-build-contiki-6lbr-slip-radio-on.html
