Dear Experts,
could You please confirm, if the SHDW_DIE_ID_x registers contain a unique identifier per IC?
Background are manufacturing and tracking purposes, in order to be able to identify each unique IC.
Is it enough to read those 4 registers (SHDW_DIE_ID_0 ... SHDW_DIE_ID_3) or is there anything else needed to be considered?
- access of the registers
- permissions
- special read sequence
- ...
