we can direct access receive command and can send command using API.
Which provide in SDK.

Yes, there is RF driver available for user.

We have only limited example(see the link below) for users using RF driver to implement BLE.
github.com/.../beacon_rfdriver

If your end goal is BLE, then I would recommend you to use our BLE stack.
If you want to do proprietary mode with RF driver, then there are lots of examples in our TI-RTOS 2.20 or higher.
