Hi,  CC2541 experts, 

I'm trying to measure the CC2541 TX power level by using CC2540DK and CC2541EMK.     

Even CC2541 max TX power is notified as 0dBm,  actual max measurement was about -4dBm.   4dB lower than the spec.    

I did  control TX power by HCI command through RS232 I/F.   And verified TX power level is being changed by HCI command.  

The measurement was done by Advantest's spectrum analyzer R3267.    Other BLE tool like Tescom's TC-3000c

also shows the same result.    

I think CC2541EMK should be most optimized  sample PCB to check CC2541 RF performance. 

What would be the problem ?   Anybody could help this ?
