Compiler/CC2541: Howto retriev data from 'service data' using BLE observer

Hi,

Please see the attached image before we dive into the problem

The problem is how to extract the service data(outlined in red) using the BLE observer?

We are able to read the mac addess and print it on the UART

We also want tpo print the data associated with it also

kindly give an hint.

You should use BLE central to connect with the device to get data.

We do not want to connect to the device but sniff the data which u see encircled in red. How do we do this???

For example we can take the mac id without connecting. How can we do this with the data

The one which we see is thr part of advertising data. How can we extract that??

For this data, there is no way to get it without connection.
